In vielen Lokalen fragt er auch gleich, was du trinken m&ouml;chtest: <em>Cosa bevete?<\/em> (Was trinkt ihr?) oder <em>Da bere?<\/em> (Zum Trinken?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein wichtiges Wort: <em>il coperto<\/em>. Das ist eine Geb&uuml;hr, die in den meisten italienischen Restaurants berechnet wird, normalerweise zwischen 1 und 3 Euro pro Person. Das <em>coperto<\/em> deckt das Gedeck ab: Brot, Besteck, Servietten. Es steht meistens auf der Speisekarte oder am Eingang. Trinkgeld (<em>la mancia<\/em>) ist in Italien nicht obligatorisch, aber man kann es geben, wenn man zufrieden war. Ein vollst&auml;ndiges italienisches Essen besteht aus mehreren G&auml;ngen, aber du musst nicht alle bestellen. Sie kommt nicht automatisch zum Fleisch oder Fisch. Wenn du ein <em>secondo<\/em> bestellst und Beilagen m&ouml;chtest, musst du sie extra bestellen: <em>Come contorno, vorrei un&#8217;insalata mista<\/em> (Als Beilage m&ouml;chte ich einen gemischten Salat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein weiterer Unterschied: <em>Primo<\/em> und <em>secondo<\/em> sind nicht &laquo;erste und zweite Wahl&raquo;, sondern zwei verschiedene G&auml;nge. Der <em>primo<\/em> ist immer ein Kohlenhydratgericht (Pasta, Reis, Suppe), der <em>secondo<\/em> ist immer Fleisch oder Fisch. Du kannst nur ein <em>primo<\/em> bestellen, nur ein <em>secondo<\/em>, oder beides.
