A reporter wanting to flag a minority view without naming the holders will lean on <em>c&#8217;\u00e8 chi<\/em> or <em>secondo alcuni<\/em>. A speaker repeating gossip will reach for <em>si dice che<\/em>. A politician building a contrast will set up <em>c&#8217;\u00e8 chi pensa A, c&#8217;\u00e8 chi pensa B<\/em> and let the audience watch the seesaw. Useful, but rarer; don&#8217;t confuse it with the standard <em>c&#8217;\u00e8 chi non<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"register\">Register: from headline to bar talk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The italian c&#8217;\u00e8 chi dice pattern is genuinely register-flexible.
