Non capisco la frase “a oppure di.” In englese si dice “either …or….” Non c’è una correlazione di “a”” nella frase englese. Spieghami per favore.

Significa “a” or “di” nella scelta della preposizione giusta. Molto spesso la parola oppure equivale a “o”.
