Learn some useful Italian idioms introduced by the preposition DI.
The Italian preposition DI is the most widely used in our language.
When we learn simple prepositions in elementary school, the order is usually this:
DI – A – DA – IN – CON – SU – PER – TRA/FRA
All the prepositions are associated with idioms and natural expressions of the spoken language. Today we’ll see some in action with real examples. Since they are all idioms, translations are not perfect. If you have a better one in English, please feel free to add it in the comments.
